Important information for Bridging the Gap licensed agencies and institutions that are pre-approved by CCHCP to submit purchase orders: please set up your account in our store, then contact us (via email, FAX, or phone) before you make your first order. CCHCP will make the necessary modifications to your account so that your order will be processed properly. After we have made that initial modification, you may order from our store anytime.
